Nice to meet you.

I'm Cara LeFebvre.

I wear my heart on my sleeve, I love experimenting and exploring, traveling, and shooting the surrealism of the everyday. I genuinely love people and life, and I hear that comes through in my work.

I try to make the planning and shooting process easy, enjoyable, collaborative and comfortable. You're complex, deeply interesting, and full of ideas. I want to hear and see them, and I want us to make something mind-blowing together.

"My only aim was to express reality, for there is nothing more surreal than reality itself. If reality fails to fill us with wonder, it is because we have fallen into the habit of seeing it as ordinary." - Brassai

I have a Fine Arts degree from the Kansas City Art Institute. When I'm not traveling, reading or making jam, I'm a low-key workaholic who loves to learn and push my creativity to the next level. For me, a photograph's perfection lies in its action and fluency, education and insight.

I currently reside in the Denver/Boulder area but am more than willing to travel.
